The role of various forms of organizational and psychological support (including professional therapy), served in defferent periods of time, for victims of traumatic events will be presented.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prof. Bogdan Zawadzki,\u00a0University of Warsaw<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>TOPIC:\u00a0<\/strong><b>Postraumatic disorders: The efficacy of prevention programs<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Paper will be focused on efficacy of various forms of psychological prevention of postraumatic disorders, served within programs of primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention with distinction on universal and selective prevention.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr. Ewa Prag\u0142owska,<\/strong>\u00a0SWPS\u00a0University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Warsaw<\/p>\n<p><b>TOPIC: Polish program of prevention of posttraumatic disorders in firefighters: Preliminary results<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Paper will be focused on assumptions, methodology and preliminary findings of the program of prevention of symptoms of postraumatic disorders in firefighters.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Bogdan Zawadzki<\/strong> (born 1957), Ph.D. (1992), Professor of psychology (2007), University of Warsaw, Faculty of Psychology, Warsaw, Poland;<\/em>\u00a0130 publications from psychology of individual differences &#8211; psychology of temperament, behaviour genetics, cross-cultural psychology, psychological diagnosis, and clinical psychology, including two monographs, four handbooks to personality inventories and four edited monographs\/journal special issues.
