Because of the\u00a0<\/span>wide interest<\/span>\u00a0in the\u00a0<\/span>conference<\/span>, the\u00a0<\/span>Deadline<\/span>\u00a0for the DRR Conference in Warsaw, 2015<\/span>\u00a0has been\u00a0<\/span>extended<\/span>\u00a0to August, 31st.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We invite all students and doctoral students with a valid student card!<\/p>\n

The abstracts of the presentations or posters can be submitted until April 30, 2015.\u00a0The submitted abstracts are not guaranteed of being approved and accepted. They will be subject to review and the Conference participant will receive the decision of the Scientific Committee to the provided e-mail address.<\/p>\n

Please submit the presentation and poster abstracts in electronic form through the registration form available at the website of the conference. Please keep the deadlines and obey the procedures, which include registration, fee payment, and submission of the abstract before the deadline.<\/p>\n

The accepted conference abstracts will be published in the abstract book, which will be distributed during the conference among the participants.<\/p>\n

Deadlines for registering and paying the conference fee:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Early registration until: May 31, 2015 (deadline<\/span> extended<\/span><\/span>)

Admission: 120 EUR<\/p>\n

Students and doctoral students:\u00a072 EUR.<\/p>\n

2. Late registration until: August 31, 2015<\/strong><\/p>\n

Admission: 167 EUR<\/p>\n

Students and doctoral students: 120 EUR.<\/p>\n

The conference fee<\/span> includes<\/span>:<\/strong> participation in the two-day conference (9:00 a.m. – 6 p.m.)<\/span>, conference materials<\/span>\u00a0and the\u00a0<\/span>abstract book<\/span>, coffee breaks and\u00a0lunches in the first and<\/span> second day of<\/span> the conference.<\/span><\/p>\n
